Zesty Italian Chicken


This chicken is one of my favorite "go to" recipes when I need something quick and tasty. I love meals that are quick to prepare and everyone enjoys. This has to be top 5 in my husbands favorite of meals, and it is likely one of the quickest and easiest.



Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing (I use fat free)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons italian bread crumbs
  • a few dashes of garlic salt and ground pepper to taste
  • a few dashes of paprika for taste and color
Directions:

Rinse and trim fat off chicken, cut in halves or even strips.
Place chicken in 8 inch square glass baking dish.

Once chicken is arranged in the dish, pour dressing over chicken.
Then sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then seasonings.

Bake in oven set at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, juices should run clear.

Sprinkle with fresh or dried parsley, and serve!
It's great with salad or pasta!
